Chris Harden - Real Estate Development
Chris Harden is a Senior Associate within Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, Inc.’s (C&W) Capital Markets Group. He focuses on retail investment sales transactions across the United States.
Prior to joining C&W, Mr. Harden served as Vice President for Trademark Property Company, in Fort Worth, Texas, leading company acquisitions and developments, including the acquisition and redevelopment of La Palmera Mall, a 1.2 million square foot regional mall in Corpus Christi, Texas. Previous experience includes the acquisition and / or development of mixed-use, power center, and regional malls with an aggregate value in excess of $500 million.
Mr. Harden graduated from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas where he earned dual Master degrees in Business Administration and Architecture. He is a licensed real estate broker, licensed architect, LEED Accredited Professional and a CCIM candidate. Mr. Harden is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
