Barbara Becker - Urban and Public Affairs

Barbara Becker, Ph.d., FAICP, is Dean of the School of Urban and Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Arlington and is a Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners.  She was formerly Professor and Director for the School of Planning at the University of Arizona from 2000-2008, and she has published widely in the field since 1983, including Community Planning: An Introduction to Comprehensive Planning with Eric Kelly, Washington D.C., Island Press.
